Introduction

RSO and FECO are concentrated cannabis oils that contain the plant’s full cannabinoid and terpene profiles. They are often referred to as “full-spectrum” because they preserve all of the active compounds from the cannabis plant.

Differences Between RSO and FECO:

FECO

FECO is usually extracted with ethanol and is slightly more refined, sometimes containing a broader spectrum of terpenes.

RSO

RSO typically uses naphtha or isopropyl alcohol as the solvent and has a thick, dark consistency.
RSO was popularized by Rick Simpson, who used the oil to treat his skin and shared it widely to help others.
